Studio Policies

Registration & Payment
Full payment is required at the time of registration to reserve your spot in a class, workshop, or event. Spaces are limited and are filled on a first-come, first-served basis.
Refund Policy
All class registrations are non-refundable once the first class of the session has begun.
If you are unable to attend after registering, we will do our best to accommodate a reschedule or provide studio credit when possible. Credits must be used within the original validity period.
Class Expiration
All lesson packages and class credits must be used within one year of purchase. Unused lessons or credits cannot be extended beyond this timeframe.

Missed Classes
Students are responsible for attending their scheduled classes. If a class is missed, we cannot guarantee a make-up session. When possible, we may offer a make-up option based on availability.
Rescheduling
If you need to reschedule a class or workshop, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice. Rescheduled classes must still take place within the original validity period.
Photo & Media Release
From time to time, Creative Threads may photograph or film classes for marketing and social media. If you prefer not to be included in photos, please notify us in advance.
Materials & Equipment
Sewing machines and basic tools are provided for all classes and workshops. Students are welcome to bring their own sewing machines if they prefer to learn on their personal equipment.

Certain projects may require students to bring their own fabric or specialty materials. Supply lists will be provided in advance when necessary.
Late Arrivals
To ensure classes run smoothly and on schedule, all sessions begin promptly at their scheduled time.                                                           
Students who arrive late will still finish at the originally scheduled end time, as we are unable to extend class time for late arrivals. We encourage students to arrive on time to make the most of their lesson
Student Pick-Up
Please plan to pick up your child promptly at the end of their scheduled class time. Our instructors often have other classes, private lessons, or studio responsibilities immediately following each session.

Students who are not picked up within 10 minutes of class ending will be considered a late pick-up.

A $10 late pick-up fee will be charged for every 10 minutes past the grace period. If you anticipate being late, please notify the studio prior to the end of class.
