Course Descriptions
Below you can find our course descriptions, along with our recommended age range for each class. Each course runs every Saturday for an entire 8 weeks and every class runs for 90 minutes long. At the end of every semester we have a Fashion Show where the students can show off their creations to their family!

Students will learn the fundamentals of sewing and create small projects. During class students will learn how to create a mood board, sketch a fashion croquis, hand sew a coin purse, thread a machine, sew straight lines, and create small accessories each class to enhance sewing skills.
Fabrics & Notions Included
Ages: 6 - 8 years old
Students will learn the fundamentals of sewing and create more advanced projects. During class students will perfect their sewing skills by creating more complex accessories such as a sleeping mask, bucket hat, zippered pouch and construct their very own top.

Ages: 7 - 10 years old
Students will continue learning the fundamentals of sewing and create an entire outfit. During class students will start by sketching their very own unique design. They will then learn how to drape a basic top and skirt. Next, they will manipulate the basic drape into pattern pieces to create their very own one of a kind outfit.

Students will continue learning the fundamentals of sewing and create an entire outfit. During class students will start by sketching their very own unique design. They will then learn how to create pattern pieces using their own specific body measurements on pattern paper. Next, they will use those patterns to create their very own one of a kind outfit.

Students will learn the fundamentals of sewing and create a garment made completely out of recycled materials. During class students will sketch a new design that was inspired from an already existing garment. They will then create their design by deconstructing that existing garment and manipulating it into their one of a kind design.

Students will continue learning the fundamentals of sewing and create an entire outfit. During class students will start by sketching their very own unique design. They will then choose whether to drape or use patterns to construct their garment. Students will move at their own pace to create a magical garment. This Class is for Advanced Students Only.

Adult students will learn the fundamentals of sewing and create a garment of their choice. During class students will start by sketching their very own unique design. They will then choose whether to drape or use pattern pieces to construct their garment. Next, they will use either of those techniques to create their very own one of a kind outfit.

Ages: 18 & up
Students will learn the fundamentals of crocheting and master the three basic crochet stitches. During class students will create basic projects to enhance our crocheting skills. We will learn how to make items like a scarf, hat, blanket, bag, etc. As your skills enhance we will move onto projects like small stuffed animals, pillow cases, placemats, etc.
Yarn & Notions Included
Ages: 10 & up
Drop In Class students will learn the fundamentals of sewing and create a garment of their choice. During class students will start by sketching their very own unique design. They will then choose whether to drape or use pattern pieces to construct their garment. Next, they will use either of those techniques to create their very own one of a kind outfit.
Fabrics & Notions Included
Ages: 8 & up
Mommy or Daddy & Babies will learn the fundamentals of sewing and create small projects. During class students will learn how to hand sew a coin purse, and other small projects, thread a machine, sew straight lines, and create small accessories each class to enhance sewing skills. Mommy or Daddy & Babies will work through these projects together.
